Shipping Fees and Delivery Timeline
At Jouri, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and safely. Below are our approximate shipping timelines. Please note, these do not account for weekends, holidays, or unforeseen delays with the courier such as weather, volume, or traffic.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and are non-refundable. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within Canada.
International Deliveries: Deliveries outside of Canada may be subject to additional customs duties and service fees. Please note that Jouri has no control over these charges and cannot provide estimates. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Jouri cannot reimburse duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

For the most accurate delivery date estimates, please refer to the shipping timeline provided at checkout. While there might be a notable range in delivery times for the shipping services on the checkout step, we strive diligently to expedite the delivery of your items, aiming for delivery dates as close as possible to the earlier end of the estimated range.
