Jewelry Care Guide:

Our Jewelry is made for you to enjoy them indefinitely. Follow these steps to keep them looking new:

General Guide:

  • Store them when not worn.
  • Do not use conventional fine jewelry cleaner.
  • Limit exposure to sunscreen, perfume, lotion and hairstyling products.

Care Guide by Jewelry Type:

  • Chains, necklaces, bracelets and earrings: wash at regular intervals in a solution of mild soap and warm water, then wipe dry with a soft cloth.
  • Glued jewelry (jewelry where glue has been used to attach the pearl or stone): use a small damp cloth to clean the piece, then wipe dry with a dry soft cloth.
  • Silver jewelry: silver jewelry tends to lose its sheen and become slightly tarnished over time. This happens when the silver reacts with moisture and air leading it to oxidize. The good news is the E-coating process provides tarnish resistance. We also recommend to regularly clean your silver jewelry after wearing it to maintain its shine longer. If for any reason it got so black that you couldn’t simply clean it back to its original form, follow these steps:
    • Prepare a pot, aluminum (aluminum foil will do), salt and hot water.
    • Line the pot with aluminum foil or place a piece of aluminum in the pot.
    • Place the silver jewelry in the lined pot, add salt and cover with hot water. The electrochemical reaction will clean the silver very quickly.
    • Then just rinse the jewelry with fresh water and wipe with a cloth, or polish if it has remained a little tarnished.
